Usually I will amke an extra little effort because I know what creatine does, but at pretty much always drink at least 1.5 litres, usually two, of water a day.
I took some on Monday, woke up with a couple of spots so i've not had any since. It might be to do woth just starting a full time job and having a free coffee machine in the office, so i'm probably not as well hydrated as usual. Still drink a fair amount of water though.
Will try again next week.
