Creatine / Whey Protein / Fat Burner

Hi Guys,

Need some advice on supplements. Ive been going to the gym for a year. Im just under 6FT and have a naturally big frame. Im around 16 stone.

Im naturally strong but also have strength gained from the past year, but do also suffer with excess body fat around my stomach due to poor diet. Because of this, my definition around my arms is pretty poor, though I do look a good shape when dressed...just not naked lol

I go to the gym 3-4 times per week, I do 30mins cardio each time, then spend approx 1 hour on fixed/free weights.

Ive been looking at trying some supplements, read loads of guides but still dont understand what to buy!?

Creatine - So this gives you more muscle power to utiltise in the gym, but wont show gains unless you work hard? Used before workouts?
Whey Protein - To rebuld the muscle faster/better than normal protein foods like chicken etc (also cheaper)? Used after workouts?
Fat Burner - Lots of caffeine etc to improve weight loss? Used daily?

Do I really need to buy all 3!?

Thanks mate, certainly puts things into context. I often have a tin of tuna after a good workout, to at least know theres so much protein being absorbed in my otherwise shoddy diet.

I guesss you can get carried away looking for miracle formulas :D
