Creating a full length movie

Hi all,

Later this year, i'll be aiming to create a full length (1 - 1.5 hour) movie using Premiere Pro.
I've created 10 minute ones before, and all is good, despite the long render times.

Is there anything I should be looking to do though, to improve stability of the program on such a big project? Or anything I can do about render times? Is it possible to do smaller segments, and then join them together?

Any advice would be appreciated

Sequences seem to be the answer I was looking for - many thanks for that, will have a good read.
I realise the final render will be huge, but handy if I can split it down into sections for editing and first round rendering
