hey i have CS3 extended and wondering how to make animated gifs from videos and also how to import existing gifs so i can edit both of them them 
ive tried to follow one tutorial but wasnt what i was trying to do so was no good ....
thinking for sig purposes really obviouse not here as we arnt allowed them
so if someone cold link me to a step by step instruction with pics that would be awsome
