Creating another account on PSN

I've read through the sticky at the top, but can't seem to find out how to create another account. Is it possible to? I've already made one account, but want to make another one to get the japanese/us content.

Yeah you can I have three accounts

You will need to create a new Profile on your PS3 first for each region. When you have created a new profile just sign in with that profile then re-sign up to PSN.

The difference between the UK/EU store and Japan/USA is crazy. Really appalled that Sony can get away with this. So many new features/icons/demos/videos etc. within the other stores!
