Creating another account on PSN

I've read through the sticky at the top, but can't seem to find out how to create another account. Is it possible to? I've already made one account, but want to make another one to get the japanese/us content.
 
Yeah you can I have three accounts :)

You will need to create a new Profile on your PS3 first for each region. When you have created a new profile just sign in with that profile then re-sign up to PSN.

Does it affect any of your downloaded games? I paid for and downloaded Tekken but want to create a new PSN name...

Only notable issue is with the PSN version of Warhawk being tied to the account that paid for it ie you can only play it on that account and none of the others. Also found that in some games ie flow if yo download say the UK version of the game, and an update comes for the US version they sometimes wont work/install, think its only been flow and Tekken 5 DR to have this problem, and most likely to do with regional options rather than just a different PSN ID, so if you was on the same PSN network ie the UK one it should be fine. I try and only use one account for each region and stick with that rather than use different IDs for the same region.
Other wise you can play an DL game you have bought on any ID as long as the original ID that paid for it exists on the console, so i am led to believe as ive never tried it myself.

The difference between the UK/EU store and Japan/USA is crazy. Really appalled that Sony can get away with this:mad:. So many new features/icons/demos/videos etc. within the other stores!
