Is it possible to do this automatically?

I usually create lists in the notes and I wouldn't mind automatic backups of what I write. This is because sometimes I delete stuff by accident or clean uninstall/install a new version of the browser.

Are the notes themselves saved somewhere that can easily be found?

Edit - cheers for the suggestion actually - I've not backed up my sessions (which I constantly alter) to my storage and back up volumes :D

Tbh yeah i just back up the whole profile really, i'm sure the notes are a specific file, but i've never really looked into it, the folder isn't huge, just nab it all! :p

I've restored profiles before, worked fine, unfortunately i don't use the notes at all, so i wouldn't know, sorry :( Everything else works though, down to history typed address' etc... So i can't see why i wouldn't...

Hmm ok thanks for your help LeperousDust. :). It's a pity that they don't offer an automatic back up service of somesort or a way of saving notes. It'd be very useful.

I think as time goes on the Opera Link will integrate more and more i suspect which would be nice :)

Odd question LD, but has there been reported problems about memory leaks by the newest version of Opera - I had it open 3 days and 2 nights in a row - and found it was using 1.25GB of memory!

Haven't heard anything myself but it wouldn't suprise me all browsers seem to have these niggles when theyre left open for ages. Although saying that, i haven't shut my laptop down for over a week, and as far as i remember the browser and media monkey have been permenantly open the whole time. Currently i've got 5 tabs open included a loaded youtube and gmail tab. I'm sitting at 404,704k which i'd say is pretty impressive really. I suppose it depends a lot on usage though in so many ways.

If it is a problem closing the browser and reopening takes all of a minute or so and it might be worth it if you need the memory. Personally i'm running 4Gb so i never really bother even checking.
