Creating Interactive Music CD

I am looking to create a music cd that can be played in any cd player but also when played on the pc a flash file will automatically start.

Is there any software that can help me do this.

Almost any cd/dvd writing software will let you burn a hybrid cd (e.g. Nero).

Then just have an auto run exe from a compiled flash file or something...
