Creating Labels in word

Ok i feel like a right monglar but whenever i am printing my labels from tesco they are going all out of whack by the third line. They are 'All purpose labels' label size 63.5x38mm on a A4 piece of paper. 21 labels per sheet. I cant understand why it messes up. I am printing these in Word.
