Creating Shopping Websites

How easy is it to set up a website which sells things and allows payment by creditcard/debitcard/invoice/paypal/etc?

Is there any CMS's that can do this?

Idealy what i'd like is a very easy to use system which allows me to add new products easily and customize the style as i like... something like vbulletinbut for shops not forums

Is it just me or do we get this thread every day? I'd suggest Using Pay Pal or similar if it is just a small website - anything a lot bigger should be done by an experience web designer/company.
