Creating wiring holes in case

Just wondering what tools people use to cut smooth holes in their case. I'm thinking of making some holes (2-3cm diameter) to hide the wiring in my Antec 900 case..

4-5cm holes sound a lot more realistic when I think about it. Will try that later this month with a hole saw,

cheers

Just ressuected this to ask what people recommend to line the edges of the holes. I did buy a 51mm hole saw but I may go for a 70mm or thereabouts also.

Didn't actually build my setup so I'll probably work by what I find and photos I have found on this forum and web. I'm looking to drill 2 to 3 holes depending on where I need to route wires I think. One by PSU, one near top right of motherboard by the cd drive, and perhaps one by the hard drives and graphics.

I have some PSU extension cables in case I need them for when routing around back of case. I will have to take out motherboard, graphics, PCI devices etc. I guess.

Any other pointers or advice anyone might have?

Ah cheers, ordered some of that stuff. Right well, when I have done this next week I might put some pics up

Is there a best way for removing a motherboard and unconnecting wiring from a case? I'm slightly daunted by the fact I will have to remember where all the wires have to be connected back on to

Huge success!! Had an error when booting PC 'BOOTMGR is missing' but I reset CMOS and it seems to be running fine now.

One of the fans isn't working so I'm going to have to find that connection.

The only issue I have is the cumbersome Abit CD/DVD drive data cable. Are there better versions of this wire that I could buy and install as its covering up all of my nice wiring holes!? :)
