Creative Auto Update site

I keep getting a "server busy" message. I have disabled pop up blocker, and checked my firewall. Can somebody just check this for me please. If you can access the updates can you suggest why I cannot.

Are you using firefox? Becuase in my experience there update thing only works in internet explorer

Internet Explorer 7 (public beta<----, I had this problem before installing IE7).

Its just worked fine for me in IE6.
