Hey guys,

Just got a Creative Zen V Plus and looking to upgrade the headphones to one of these 2 pairs, which do you think are the better set? I'm thinking Sennheisers?

Thanks!

If you read most reviews or peeps own comments, you will see the 630's are the best you can get for the money, they sound as good as others that cost more.

For £12-£20 you cant really go wrong, they have good bass also, I had a set till the Aurvanas came out, which are good but not worth the money in hinesight,

they are the same earphones. just different branding. as long as they are official and not some knock offs from the bay, just get the cheapest ones lol although its worth noting that the cx300's use better quality wires. either way they are both pretty average earphones. find a pair of sony ex85's. totally worth £35 and so much better than either of them.

I thought they might be pretty identical! so the senn's wires are better but the creative's are just an edge better overall??

I'll be getting off the jungle website - eBay is a disaster for these phones as they are almost all fake haha...

I reckon I'll edge to the creatives - they'll do until I want to go further (the the shure funny in ear thingies that are over 60quid.. you know what i mean!)

I jsut want this type of phone that sits in ** ear... they are good enough for now :)

But... aren't both the Sennheiser and Creative earphones in-ear canal style anyway?

huh? lol? you confuse me!!

I'm saying that I want this type of small ear phone that plugs your ear up haha - like the two i suggested!!

The dude came and suggested more expensive, different sets but I specifically either want the Creative or Senn's - whichever one is best! I don't want to spend a lot on ear phones atm but when I do I will get better ones!

get it?? hehe :)

Ahhh, I understand. ;)

I just thought that you wanted this style of earphone, as an alternative to Shure's in-ear style 'phones, which made me think that you thought the Creatives and Senns weren't in-ear style 'phones. Anyway, back to topic! Why not consider the MylarOne XBs or X3s?

got it. your loss, they are very average earphones.

The Shure E2C's can be found very cheap (£30) (which is cheap for E2C's) on a certain site that is know as a rain forest... or alternatively a Jersey based store sell them for £35...

Bargain in my eyes.

is it worth going up to the Shure E2c's? How comfy are they in your ear - they look weird!

Also what is this jersey store???

If you choose the correct buds they're fine in the ear. The sponge ones I found were the best. You squeeze them so they go small and then when they're in your ear they expand to fit snugly and isolate more sound out.

As for the Jersey based store, the first rule is we are not supposed to talk about it. And the second rule is...

CX300 all the way! Got mine a few days ago and had the same debate. I got them for £15 on Amazon direct, dont use the marketpalce as you'll get fakes, cant really get any cheaper!

The E2c's lack bass, the CX300 has lots of bass but not overpowering IMO. So far, ive found every earbud to lack in bass but the CX300 holds up nicely!

Sennheiser are known for qualiy audio, producing some of the best headphones, the same cant be said for Creative.

omg now things are even more confused!!

COME ON PPL - CX300, EP630 OR E2C!!! arhghghg... this is exactly what the rest of the internet says... all split down the middle heh...

is the bass on e2c really that bad??
