Just wondering if anyone has similar issues, can diagnose or suggest a possible fix?
Even from day one I had an intermittent issue where on startup the device just wasn't recognised, the software would be un-responsive. The only way to fix the issue would be to unplug and reconnect the the device, it was only occasionally mind you
Ive had it a year and it's slowly getting worse and not just confined to start up now. Sometimes after launching a game (tried a few different ones) within the first few minutes I'll get distortion/popping sound, and my FPS in game will tank. It'll either then recover, or the sound will turn off, and then it's a case of disconnecting it at the USB and reconnecting again. If you are using discord etc that usually buggers everything up as well do have to restart everything.
Any ideas?
I'm also thinking I've only had it just over a year and bought from Amazon I might go for a return, but if there is some simple fix I'd try it first.

Edit 2: Looking through that, a couple of posts suggest it may be newer AMD boards running PCIE 4.0 (which mine is) and that setting it back to 3.0 may fix, but honestly I'm not doing that it should work.
