Creative lab ct4750 driver

Just got a asus striker formula ii from hong kong. It did not come with the sound card it was ment to come with and it did not come with any drivers, it came with a card with a model number of CT4750?? thats all there is on the card and that it comes from creative labs, and there are not drivers and i cant find any. Any suggestions?
 
I think it's a Soundblaster PCI 128, which is a 12 year old card. I wonder if it's a specific re-release, or the original PCI 128. If it's the original PCI 128, I doubt it will work with Vista/Win7.
