Creative RMA Experience

Hello all,

Due to issues with my Sound Blaster Tactic3D Wrath's I have decided to RMA them.

I've never RMA'd anything with them and I'm interested to see if anyone else has done this before and how Creative treated them during the process?

In the mean time, I've bought a pair of Creative HS800 Fatal1ty's for £13 **** and will use those while I wait!

I bought an E5 SoundBlaster and returned it as unwanted during the 28 day window, all went absolutely fine. Obviously that was returning a working product but I found them fine to deal with.
