Has anyone ever gone through an RMA process for their Creative speakers?
I got on the email to Creative about a problem with the right speaker of my T20s and they sent out a replacement right speaker unit. They didn't ask for any credit card details a la Advance RMA, or give any return instructions for the broken speaker.
Anyway, the new speaker causes a bias to the left speaker so have queried this and they are sending out another right speaker, again nothing said about payment details or requests for the existing speakers.
Do they not bother with them, perhaps too little value in arranging a collection/return shipping on them?
