I've got a problem with a new PC sound install.
I have the kit as sig,
inc. A nice Creative Xtreme 7.1 card for sound. It works fine in games, but just added Yahoo Musicmatch and some old perfectly fine MP3s to the brand new HDD, as they play every 30 seconds or so there is a hiccup in the sound, it just goes silent for 1/2 a second or so then comes back. I have the most up to date device drivers etc.
First time I've used sound, is this a common problem?
Any fixes?
