Creative Speaker Problems

Hi, My grandad has a 7.1 Creative Inspire Speaker set.
His Subwoofer has in some way been damaged and no longer works, therefore meaning he cant use the speaker set properly since he cannot plug in all the other speakers.
Is there any way that he can get a replacement subwoofer?
Any suggestions as to what to do gratefully received.

Contact creative, they may be willing to sort you out a new sub unit for a small fee.

Is it still under guarantee? They should send you a new set if so (we did this with a broken cambridge soundworks set and they are related companies)
