Creative T6300 5.1 Speaker Issue

Hi,

I bought some Creative T6300 Speakers and there is an issue with them. Only 2 of the speakers are working.

I've tried everything I can think of, but the strange thing is, when I do the built in Dell/Windows sound test, all of the speakers play sound.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Is it set to 5.1 in your sound card drivers?
