Creative Technology X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Sound Card?

I wonder if anybody could help me.

Basically I always thought this card was a 'Creative Technology X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Sound Card' just sold
it to somebody and they have contacted me saying it isn't as advertised.

Now I bought this such a long time ago and the box long gone. But I sent the manual, disks breakout box etc. etc and basically everything that came with it. Could somebody please clarify what card it actually is and whether it had the 64mb X-Fi RAM.

I have no qualms refunding if the product is returned just want to be 100% sure of what it is and whether it has RAM onboard.

this is what was written.

You described this as a Creative Technology X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Sound Card. This imlpies a EMU20K2 chip and 64MB ram

I believe this should have a model number SB0886

The card you sent me has the model number SB0460 marked on the back although the documentation refers to X-FI platinum and X-FI Fatal1ty.

I believe this is an XtremeMusic model that was first released August 2005 with a EMU20K1 chip and only 2Mb of Ram.

I am concerned because I need more than this for my sound fonts.

I think I have been mislead.

Its certainly not an XtremeMusic, as I had one and they dont have that plastic lumpy thing on the back corner (some sort of light?).

couldn't access that light but I presume you were linking to one.

Thanks for the info. Helps me out a little. It's been such along time since I bought I have long since forgotten. Gutted as I threw the box away about 4 months ago. Typical. I was adamant an xtreme music though, as I fell for the RAM gimic to play BF2142 with the shiny music on.

Well your name of it is wrong (see post#3)

But it does have 64MB of RAM and the better sound chip, it was the xtremegamer that was the pile of poop.

Only thing you got wrong, was the name, as stulid said.

The Music, Gamer and Fatal1ty, were based around the same card, and used the EMU20K1 chip. It's the Titanium onwards, that used the EMU20K2 chip.
