Woke up this morning to find that the LCD/(whatever screen technology it uses) in my Creative Zen has cracked and is broken. The MP3 player is still usable but its quite annoying because the screen is damaged.
I think it happened when someone sat on my lap but that's probably irrelevant.
Would creative fix this on warranty? If not can anyone think of a reasonable excuse/cause of this so that they would fix it on warranty?
