Creative warranty...

Woke up this morning to find that the LCD/(whatever screen technology it uses) in my Creative Zen has cracked and is broken. The MP3 player is still usable but its quite annoying because the screen is damaged.

I think it happened when someone sat on my lap but that's probably irrelevant.

Would creative fix this on warranty? If not can anyone think of a reasonable excuse/cause of this so that they would fix it on warranty?

you might be able to blag wherever you bought it from saying it was broke when you opened the box. but i fail to see how you would ever get creative to fix it under warranty?

Will creative fix it under warranty if it was accidental damage? Someone sat on it?
