Have you tried perhaps re-setting the CMOS, then putting the card in, and booting up again.
havent yet
after sevral trys, when i took out the card, the cmoswas changed according to system

There should be a jumper on the mobo which you move, leave for 30 seconds, then move back. When you boot up now all the settings are wiped and the board is reset. It should say in the manual where it's located.
tryed it and still the same
i know there was or still is probs with nivida chipset on certain mobos,is there also issues with via

moved jumpers, reset to defaults and disabled onboard sound, still the same
after several trys, cmos is reset without me doing it,somehow the x-fi is

Is the BIOS up-to-date and/or is there perhaps a 3rd party BIOS available to try on the mobo?

I noticed you said originally it hangs on C1 - Detect Memory. Have you tried perhaps with one DIMM in the board, or have the memory in another slot?
bios od av8 is up toDATE
as far as c1 =dectct memory, this only shows when the xtreme music is in pci slot ,if i remove the card, this error doent show at all,and even when i put in another audigy, works well
so this eror only there when xtreme music in in pc,there must be a problem wirh the card
