Hi

Been using this card for a couple of years now, never any issues. I moved house, plugged everything back in and all of a sudden the only "device" Windows 7 sees on the soundcard is the SPDIF port.

I'm just wondering if I've knocked something off the back of the card (cap for the optical bit?) or literally just done something stupid like plug the audio lead into the wrong hole... but I've never seen this happen before and I can't work out how to fix it.

Nothing works in the way of actually producing sound, obviously because I'm using an analogue connector. Anyone else had this happen or know what I might be doing wrong? For info, I plugged the connector into the green port on the back of the soundcard.... which I've always done.

Cheers

Ok, since no one has replied.

The other day, I swapped over one of my PCs case and when I started it back up, the SoundCard only came up as a SPDIF device.

I have an Audigy 2 ZS on that PC.

I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them and it was fine!

Worth a shot.
