Creative zen 1gb broke?

Hi all. Was playing my mp3 player on the coach when the battery ran out and it turned off. Just recharged it and it is now stuck on the screen with the last track playing and it wont do anything if I press any buttons.

Any ideas as to how to sort it out?

theres a reset button on the side under the power button u need a pin or somthing similar to push it though by the way it worked for me last week when my screen just froze
