My other half has a 5Gb Zen Micro. We needed to reinstall the software on her computer but the cd is damaged and we cannot complete the installation.
I've tried the cd in multiple drives ondifferent computers, but it always fails to access one file. Wee have tried to copy the contents of the cd to HDD but again, it fails on several files - typically, the files we need...
Creative don't have the installation files on their CD, and a google search has turned up nothing. In the box contents, it stated that Creative will provide a replacement CD for a charge, but there is nowhere I can find this option on the website.
Can anyone suggest anything, or can anyone provide the contents of the x:\PDE\Diskmgr folder?
If anyone is worried about the legality of this request, I am happy to provide proof of ownership!
