Creative ZEN Vision:M Broke!

had my vision m for little over 2 months now and use it mostly every day for 4-5 hours listening to Mp3's and watching films, but yesterday afternoon while on way home from work i was listening to a album when it suddenly stopped and the whole MP3 player froze.

I pressed the reset and from then on theres a very loud clicking noise when starting the MP3 player up and also when searching for albums/songs, plus it takes a very very long time to do anything, from booting the player up to listening to a song takes way over 5 mins.

Has this happened to anyone before?

it's still in warrenty so should i contact creative for a RMA or overclockers?

sorry to hear that, check the manual on how to hard reset it, if it doesnt work then rma or contact overclockers, whichever is easiest

I think If you press reset and on swich at same time, you go into recovery mode - u can check disk n stuff
