Creative ZXR driver issues

Reseat the card, and try a different slot if possible. Uninstall drivers, use a driver cleaner, then reinstall latest drivers. If none of that works, then not sure what else can be done, until possible driver updates, fixes, etc.

The more I see people with sound card problems, especially these expensive cards; the more I think such sound cards are a waste of time and money. More hassle than they are worth in my opinion. :D

Pity Realtek don't have Dolby Headphone and/or SBBX pro studio. There'd be no need for a sound card at all then. Optical out from motherboard into DAC then amp for headphones and stereo/2.1 speakers. Good sound quality and no **** Asus or Creative drivers in sight. :p
