Hi,

Just seeing if anyone can shed some light really...

I applied for a credit card and got a provisional letter back saying that they have accepted it etc, but require certain documentation for the next step (ie bills with my address on), so I sent off my BT bill, bank account summary and credit card summary.

I got a letter back tonight saying that after some consideration, they aren't willing to accept the application because one of the reasons is because the documents submitted didn't meet the fraud prevention requirements.

Anyone know what this might mean??
