I work in the IT department for an opticians, with 35 retail branches. They use a certain site for booking hearing care appointments, which is accessed via credentials specific to each store(which they are not allowed to know).
Next month we are moving to a redesigned site with a different URL. As a result, every branch will need to have their login details updated. I can see there is a 'Web Credentials' section in the Credential Manager. As I understand, this is created via the web browser.
Are there any solutions available, free or paid for, that could reduce the headache for us?
