Credit card application, am I lying?

I have an employment contract.
I am currently taking a course that is paid for by the company and I am paid to do.
If I pass the course (which is HIGHLY likely) then i start work and get paid a pre-agreed salary.
If i fail the course it is at their dscretion what to do. My contract may be terminated, or I may just have to retake the parts I have failed (the latter is more likely)

So when applying for a credit card application can i include my earnings from what i will get paid if i pass the exams?

I don't see any problem with it, but if for whatever reason the contract got cancelled you wouldn't be the most popular person with the CC company

You're applying for credit. Not a job with the government.

They just want to ensure you're a good candidate to lend money to. And you do that by telling them your employment. It also helps set your credit limit.

Ultimately you've nothing to lose by lying on your application. You have the pay back and money you borrow.
