Credit card stuff, help!

I've recently got myself a mint card, and i've done a balance transfer from my natwest mastercard. Problem is I put a bit too much on it and now I have credit on that account.

Looking at natwest online I can't seem to do a transfer from my mastercard account to my new mint card account to balance things out.

Can anyone provide some suggestions?

Ive done that with my Egg card before, a quick call to customer services sorted it out

Egg's customer services or your other accounts services?

Sorry, Egg CS. I cant remember what they did, but I explained what I had done, and they fixed it

Right ok, now sorry for me being a bit thick, but you did a balance transfer from your egg card right?

So you transfered from Nw > Mint?

So now the NW card owes you?

If so you cant get it back as cash unless closing the a/c, what you have to do is spend that ammount and it will come off, I know this as i over paid my NW CC by £50, but i didnt want to close it..

Actually it was fine, transfered 400 quid from NW to Mint, no probs
