i'm deaf so i wont be able to ring them

someone was telling me ages ago that we can get the credit report to our house via post, cost £2, up to 7 working days. but i couldnt remember what website was it. anyone one know?

sorry to bring up a very old thread

i ordered new phone via 02 online few days ago but heard nothing since so i phoned 02, they told me the order has been cancelled cos my credit rating got rejected!!! never had this before

so i signed up creditexpert.co.uk and got the credit report and credit score.

it shows up i got bad credit by telewest, i had problem with telewest about 5 years ago (long story)

but strange thing is that i've applied for the mortgage last month and the credit check was passed so how come it got passed but failed with 02. very odd!

is it cos of telewest or the numbers my credit got checked (searches) by the mortgage company and house insurance company recently?

what can i do?
