Picked up a fault on one of my DELL 2407's so I called Dell, got straight through and spoke to a tech. called Andy (Scottish). He obviously has to run through a few checks to ensure that the monitor was indeed faulty which I happily completed (although I knew the monitor was borked).
10 minutes later it's all sorted, new monitor being delivered to me on Monday.
A huge consideration when buying a monitor for me is what happens if it goes wrong, DELL come up trumps again!
