Who here likes Creed?

I always disliked them until recently. I now have the 'Weathered' album and i remember the 'My Sacrifice' song along with 'One Last Breath'.

Most hate for this band seems to come, or used to come from the fact that it was a universal trend to hate them. Seeing as they are now no more, who can admit? LOL

Loved their music from the first time i heard it and they were a good band with some really decent songs, most of the flak came from the fact that Scott Stapp (singer) is so far up his own bum he can count his own teeth.

Shame really because he had a great voice but he apparantly used to get really preachy on stage and to the rest of the band.

But all is well as they ditched him and formed Alter Bridge who are amazing and actually bother to tour England unlike Creed's so called world tours.

Find The Real is the new band, not as good as creed though.

I used to like them, there are some cracking songs on 2 of their albums. I saw one of their videos once and thought the singer was a complete and utter tool, made me cringe just waching it, thinking he's some sort of god. Needless to say I can't listen to them without cringing anymore.

ALter Bridge are really good. Saw them live in 2004, and they were awesome!

Creed are alright, nothing to shout home about though.

Love creed, love alter bridge.

Can't remember exactly how I got into creed but I remember hearing alter bridge on a movie soundtrack and then later found out they were members of creed.

I remember what got me into them. I heard Higher on the trailer for Titan AE and thought it was a great song. Took a fair amount of hunting to find out who actually did the song. Google and co werent so good back then

A mate played With Arms Wide Open and I loved it..so I bought Weathered.

Good band IMO, done a few songs worth listening to and a distinctive sound.
