Something simple for the tea for the wife and I for tea last night:-

1: Boil new potatoes for 15 mins.
2: Mix 1 tsp of Creole spice with 2 tbsp of plain flour. Dust the Tilapia fillets in the flour mixture.
3: Place Tilapia fillets into a med heat pan, 4 mins each side, remove from heat and set aside for 4 mins.
4: Chop spring onions and fry in a little butter for 3 mins.
5: Place asparagues in microwaveable container and add 1tbsp of water. Cover and microwave for 2min30s.
6: Drain potatoes, mix in spring onions and smash potatoes with a fork.
7: Serve.

First time I've had Tilapia and I was impressed - nice firm flesh and neutral in flavour - which was why I got it as the wife isn't a fan of "fishy" fish. The Creole gave it a nice hint of flavour.

For 20 mins of effort, it's something I'll be doing again.
