Was one I switched on and thought....oh this game is done......then watched Curran flip it on its head. Amazing turnaround.
There's no denying T-20 is a fundamentally good sporting format. Good length, and the way the runs/balls naturally tends towards a close finish a lot of the time as the players manage the riskiness of their shots to reach the total. Having T20 and Hundred is bloody daft mind.
The first few games were a bit flat, but it does improve as the weeks progress, some proper fight on display, and getting those kinds of crowds and atmospheres at cricket grounds on weekdays when there's a game every day is quite an achievement.
