Crit my first build

This is gonna be my first build, please advise any changes that I could make.
I really like this case but it has no optical drive option. With Steam and Origin, do I really need one? I've seen on competitor you can get 8.1 on a usb stick, but I'd still need to buy a copy of 8.1 for the licence key.
Also I'm unsure where to put the radiator, I'm thinking keep the original case fans where they are and put the radiator on top as exhaust. Or in the front as intake. Any suggestions? Thanks
