Critical Error - Kernel-Power Event 41 - After 4090 install with RM1000 PSU

I'm getting this crash 4 or 5 times a day, not sure if its PSU related or not, the PSU is a brand new Corsair HX1000, the CPU a 5800x3d

Im thinking Ill swap the new HX1000 into another build and buy a 1200+PSU for the 4090 rig?

Make that 6 times it just crashed again

It crashed during a check disc run last time, so it pretty random when it goes....its reporting my windows directory on the wrong drive which is weird, the log files say my windows directory is on F: but its on C: maybe a fresh windows install would be the way to go, thanks for the help
