Critical Error: Start Menu and Cortana aren't working. We we try and fix them when you sign in

I just rebooted my machine and after it came up i keep getting the error

"Critical Error: Start Menu and Cortana aren't working. We we try and fix them when you sign in"

I click the sign out now button and it just keeps going round in circles, sign in, see error, sign out.

Anyone had this before ?

Has anyone discovered a fix for this yet? its just come up on another laptop had to do a roll back before

Have you tried SFC /SCANNOW in the admin CMD prompt?
