critical process died

afternoon very sorry if this is in the wrong section

computer was working fine yesterday/this morning. this afternoon turned the pc on and it booted but was very slow, arrow on the screen jumpy and took a long time to open say battle net etc, anyway restarted the pc and now got a error blue screen, i have tried all the automatic repair etc etc and nothing just getting critical process died and sorry can not repair windows. I'm at a loss and not sure on what to do, oh i have also removed the ram with one stick etc and nothing, what would my next steps be

Re-installing windows and if that don't work then replacing the SSD/HDD would be the next step.

thank you, a reinstall has done the job, very strange it was if the pc went in to some kind of limp mode, anyway all good now
