For those that don't know Critical Role is one of the best online dungeons and dragon campaigns. Run by DM Matthew Mercer and a bunch of his celebrity friends (who are all voice actors) it's without a doubt the best game campaign out there imo.
Anyway one of the things that puts people off is the large amount needed to catch up (given they do a 3 hour episode each thursday and there is 115 episodes (more hours than The Simpsons!)
But no longer!
This Thursday on Twitch (VODs go up Mondays) Critical Role Season 2 begins, a whole new campaign with new characters set in the same world of Exandria created by Mercer. This is the perfect jumping on point if you've been curious what the big deal is.
