plus a radeon 7850, haven't decided which version yet.

This is for gaming, programming (need virtual machines hence the 16GB RAM) and watching movies.

Any critiques/comments will be much appreciated.

I know it is only £2 more for the retail version, but that's just gonna give me a cooler and some thermal compound that will go unused. Would they even be worth selling on ebay?
 
And 3 year warranty, also you may get a slightly more when selling if you do in the future within the warranty period.
 
3 year warrenty is worth the extra £2 (as opposed to that 1 year with the OEM)

Unlikely to sell as eBay but you could just keep it as a spare fan.
