Critique my "instead of a nuc" idea

Hi,
Wondering if the guru's can take a gander over this, looking to build something to fit under my "desk shelf" It will sit under my monitor shelf which the legs are approx 100MM high.

It will be used to drive my second screen and will only run a Linux distro. I've gone for an i3 with HT because I want it to be extremely nippy.

NUC seems the best size but for I'd want an i5 NUC and they come in at around £400 fully specced.

Any adjustments to this?

I don't that power supply fits in that case, I think the case only takes SFX power supplies.

Would recommend the Antec ISK310-150 or ISK300-150 as an alternative like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-209-AN&groupid=2362&catid=160
