CRM reporting error

Hi Guys, when we try to do a report we keep getting this error:

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get Online Help
Cannot create a connection to data source 'CRM'. (rsErrorOpeningConnection) Get Online Help
Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

we have tried the membership to the correct groups and a couple of other things but to no avail

any ideas?
