Cropping bleed from a PDF?

I've got 2 pages of a PDF here that I'm trying to crop a 2mm edge bleed from. I've opened the images using Illustrator but can't work out the most effective method of achieving this.

Any tips, folks?

maybe try readjust the artboard to the new size?

Go to File : Document Setup. If the Bleed is showing as 2mm, change it to 0mm.

If it is already showing as 0mm but you still have bleed margins (likely if the PDF wasn't created in Illustrator) then click on Edit Artboards and shrink your artboard to remove the bleed area.

You can crop the page in acrobat pro under edit.
