Cross of the Dutchman is an action-adventure game about our cultural heritage, the place where we come from (Friesland) and the language that the locals still speak (Frisian). It tells the legend of ‘Grutte Pier’ (Pier the Great), a folk hero who fought to free the land of our ancestors. Our goal is to create an authentic product that not only reflects the story of Grutte Pier, but also what living in the 16th century must have been like. All wrapped up in a stunning game experience.

I don't think anyone will be happy that you've hotlinked an 8mb gif straight from their site Neil, I'd rehost it.

I got an infraction for hotlinking even though it would cause people to visit and possibly pay and support the company. Interesting to think you get the same point infraction for swearing or being abusive

Also whats the difference between hotlinking and people visiting the site and seeing the gif?

OcUK has always had a no hot linking policy Neil. It's not new.

Yeh I know, I've always been against it that and emulators. At the end of the day kickstarter is going to get something out of it, if 8mb is too much for em don't allow huge gifs on kickstarter.
