I run an online business and have several emails, some of which get 60-70 emails per day, however, when reading them out and about on my phone, or on laptop etc, the ones I need to respond to at a later date or when I am back at the unit etc, are getting list and buried. At the moment I use the default email client on my Xperia z3, and Windows live mail (I like the simplicity, and Outlook I do not like the way it handles).

I am looking for one that will flag at a swipe, or the touch of a button etc and automatically flag it up, or put it to one side as a reminder for me to do something with it. Anything out there? I know of software called reply manager, but it's hard to justify the £35 per month for a single user.

Are you using the latest Outlook app?

They released a new one a few months ago which is better than the old.

If you still on the old, you need to uninstall it as it doesn’t auto update to the latest version.

Also Gmail?
