Cross platform multiplayer in Black Ops

Hi. Just wondering if it's possible for people playing Black Ops on PC to play against console players on xbox live.

Wasn't it the other way round. The game was so severely knobbled for the PC to keep it fair in terms of turn speed etc that PC gamers just rejected it...

PC gamers are so much quicker and more accurate using a mouse and keyboard. A joypad just doesn't cut it.

yup, I have for 360 and pc. Not only are the pc gamers generally better the control system is much much better. Most of my mates play on 360 so I put up with slow mo black ops (that what it feels like)

only game i remember this happening with was i think one of the need for speed games with the ps2 and pc.

edit: need for speed underground 1 you could do pc vs ps2

Shadowrun it was called. played it on both xbox360 and pc.

and yes it was crippled for the pc. it felt like your mouse was broken. swiping your mouse across the desk like mad and your character was still turning like he was glued to the ground. pretty poo game cross platformed but decent enough on the xbox on its own.

you could always tell the pc gamers, they were always changing character and milling around spawn, presumably changing settings galore to try and make their character 'do' something that remotely resembled moving properly!!!
