Hi All
My wife has decided she fancies a cross trainer to do some exercise at home. She suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and we tried a gym membership but she found that sometimes the effort to get ready, drive to the gym etc and then the effort to come home afterwards would wipe her out.
So she'd like to try having something at home where she could use it when she felt capable without feeling pressured and whilst i'm not sure how much she'll manage i want to encourage her to do what she can.
We decided a cross trainer would likely be the best option. There's less impact forces and whilst i'd have liked a rower they don't agree with her knees.
I'm going to look used as i know from experience people buy them with good intentions, never use them and then sell them on bare used. This seems like the best option as it's less money wasted if it goes unused.
Is there anything to look out for? Facebook/Ebay is littered with cross trainers, but i'd like to get one that's decent and not going to be too juddery or unpleasant to use.
